How do I redeem my Choice gift voucher?

Go to Giftvouchers.co.uk and click on Redeem Choice gift voucher at the top of the homepage. Enter the 19-digit card number and you will see the balance on your gift card. Then choose a gift voucher from our range that you would like to exchange your Choice gift voucher for. Enter your details and the PIN code on the back of the gift card. This can be found under the scratch-off layer.

How long is the balance on my Choice gift voucher valid for?

The Choice gift voucher is valid for one year after purchase. You can easily check the balance of your gift voucher at giftvoucher.co.uk.

How long are gift vouchers valid?

The balance of the Choice Gift voucher is valid for one year after activation. Activation occurs automatically after purchase.

* Time of issue is the time we send the vouchers. Did you get the voucher from someone? Please note that there may be some time between sending/purchasing and giving the voucher. The validity of gift vouchers may vary as each has its own validity period, terms and conditions.

How do I scratch off the scratch layer on the Choice gift voucher?

The scratch layer covering the PIN code can be easily scratched open by gently scratching it. Do not use sharp objects, as this could damage the PIN code. If the PIN code is damaged, please contact us by email.

Can I also receive the gift voucher by email?

Many gift vouchers in our range can also be ordered as vouchers by e-mail, but not all of them. This is clearly indicated for each gift voucher.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Delivery times may vary due to high demand at the post office. Has your order not arrived on time? Download this voucher and fill in the details. The voucher has no monetary value, but it is a small gesture to help bridge the waiting time.

Can I cancel my order?

My gift card is not active

Most gift vouchers are activated immediately after purchase and can be spent straight away. However, you may find that you have an inactive voucher. In this case, we ask you to wait two working days. If your gift voucher is still not active after two working days, please contact us.
